Surveillance Camera Notice
For the safety and security of our guests and staff, a surveillance camera has been installed in the lobby area. This ensures a secure environment while maintaining the comfort of everyone on the property.
Is there a minimum age requirement to stay at the property?
Yes. All guests staying at the property must be 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at check-in to verify age.
Can guests under 21 stay at the property?
Does the property offer event and wedding spaces?
Yes! We have beautiful event spaces available for special occasions, including weddings. Please contact us for availability and pricing details.
How many rooms does the property have?
Our hotel features 17 elegantly designed unique rooms for a relaxing stay. Each room features a king-size bed, with two rooms including a daybed to accommodate up to three guests. We also have one room with a queen-size bed.
Can I bring my pet to White House Napa?
Yes, we welcome dogs for an additional fee of $150 per stay for one dog, or $200 per stay for two dogs.
*Please note pets are not allowed to be left in guestrooms unattended.
What is the cancellation policy?
All reservations require a 14 day or more notice for a refundable cancellation request.

Check out: 11am
This hotel uses keyless entry, guests are asked to please complete the online check-in prior to arrival.
Guest Service Representatives are available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you plan on arriving after 8:00 p.m., please notify us in advance. Remote after-hours assistance is also available to support your needs or please ring our doorbell and someone will assist you remotely.
What are the pool hours?
The pool and jacuzzi are open daily from sunrise to sunset.
Does White House Napa have a fitness center?
White House Napa does not have a fitness center but does have a swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Does White House Napa offer parking?
White House Napa offers complimentary self-parking. Electric vehicle charging stations are also available. 1 vehicle per room per night.
Are there mini-fridges in the rooms?

Is there complimentary wifi?
Yes. We have high-speed internet.
Are there ironing boards in the rooms?
Yes. Some rooms have ironing boards and irons. Please request this should yours not have one.
What is the late check-out policy?
Late departure may be accommodated based on availability; additional fees apply. Please enquire with Guest Services upon arrival.
Are there restaurants on site?
No, but many in downtown Napa are just a short 6-8 minute walk away.

How far is the estate from downtown Napa and/or the vineyards?
Whether it’s local food markets, golf courses, museums, or vineyard tours, you’ll find all the best things to do in Downtown Napa which is only a short 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk away. The hotel also offers complimentary bikes for you to easily get around town. The vineyards are an 8 to 40 minute drive through picturesque scenery.
